A Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group Offered by Merrimack Valley Psychological Services

Facilitator: Renee Heusser, LICSW

This 12-week closed group is designed specifically for adolescents (ages 14-17) who are looking to build healthy coping strategies, improve relationships, and better manage difficult emotions. Give your teen the tools to build resilience, regulate emotions, and thrive in their daily life.
